caller said hes from a law firm, he states i owe $5000, refuses to give me his firm number or name, says he has my ss number and he is gonna call my job, i have no idea who these people are, i average calls from them 3 times a week

Call many times a day and as late as 9:30 pm. I don't answer my phone unless I know who it is either by phone number or caller id name. but it's irrititating to have so many calls and they don't leave a message. Sometimes they actual use my first name. fe96d

This phone number belongs to ThermoSpa. I am experiencing the same thing, but I have not been successful in getting them to leave me alone.

Well. Just for $#!t$ and giggles I called the number. DOUBT HIGHLY that I will get a call back. lol. BUT it did have a vm greeting so Im assuming that it IS an active number. Im getting sick and tired of this crap too. URGH!!! Opportunistic f***ks. I, like a lof of other people, am unemployed and DILIGENTLY looking for work. This is frustrating and wastes time and energy on the part of the job seeker. ESPECIALLY in times like this where the jobs are scarce and the competition id fierce.

The call is about lower credit card interest. I have ask these people to stop calling me, but they still call.

She claims to be working for Burton and Asso. and trying to collect on a magazine account from 5 years ago. Says I owe $1000.00 but will settle for $400.00 and i can avoid a court battle and wage garnishment.. Provieded me with a court case and all. she has even called my mother and demanded she pay what i owe to avoid me going to court.
